Our good friends Tony and Deb Schiro visited us at home during a 1999 visit to the Washington, D.C. area.  Tony and I are both researching Perniciaro ancestors in Mezzojuso, Sicilia, but so far have not found any common ancestors.  Nonetheless, we are definitely compaesani.
